Is it easy to return items?
- Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.
- Please note, shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
How do I process an Exchange?
- Exchanges are great if you need to swap a color/size for clothing and protective gear.
- Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for products that do not have the same style number/different prices.
- If the product does not qualify for an exchange and you are offered an Instant Credit. Please use this credit towards your purchase of the desired item.
- If you want a refund back to the card on file, please do not use the exchange or instant credit feature. Once received, the product will be refunded.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll receive the refund typically within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment card.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 90 days.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- All returned items must be new, unused condition with tags still attached.
- Product(s) not in the original condition and packaging will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
